A Little Story on Our Gourmet Bakery !!!

Mary Prohm Developed Gluten Free Queenz Gourmet Bakery in 2006.

Coming from a family with a long history of stomach problems and after over 18 years of digestive problems Mary finally realized that she had the gluten/ wheat allergy along with many other allergies. She has been Gluten/Wheat Free for over 2 years now and  enjoys cooking and baking. So around the Holidays in 2005 she decided to start baking Chocolate Chip Cookies and to her surprise they turned out great like the real thing!!! She had to share her great cookie with everyone and so now many receipes later and hours in the kitchen experimenting with many recipes it has become  Our Gluten Free Gourmet Bakery!!!
