Chocolate Bananna Peanut Butter Smoothie 

1 cup Milk (Soy, Almond, Hemp, Rice, Cow, Goat)
1 cup Ice                                                            1-2 TBl Cocoa or Carob Powder
1-2 TBL Peanut Butter

1-2 TBl Ground Flax Meal

1-2 Tsp Sweetner

Pour milk into blender.
Add Milk, Cocoa, Flax, Sweetner & Bananna
Cover & blend on high.
Add Ice 1 cube at a time
